1) What is the Theatre & Hotel combo card?
The Theatre & Hotel combo card is one gift card, which unlocks two brilliant retailers, Hotels.com and London Theatre Direct. Once you have your Theatre and Hotel combo card you can split the total amount between the two retailers. For example if you have a £100 Theatre and Hotel Combo Card you will be able to choose to how you want to split this between Hotels.com and London Theatre Direct and you will then receive two eGifts for your chosen amounts, one from Hotels.com and another from London Theatre Direct.
2) How does the Theatre & Hotel combo card work?
The Theatre & Hotel combo card is one eGift which contains a balance between £20-£500 that can be split for Hotels.com and London Theatres Direct eGifts via the website by choosing the 'Split your Gift Card' option. Once you have decided on how you would like to split your gift card here, you will be able to select the amount you would like to spend in each company. You will then be emailed eGifts for London Theatre Direct and Hotels.com with the correct value attached. You can then redeem your gift cards through either London Theatre Direct or Hotels.com website.
3) Will I be charged for purchasing this product?
No. You will only be charged the face value of the eGift Card, and we will not impose shipping or any other fees at any time.
4) Can I change the value of an eGift Card after I've paid for it?
Not at this time.
5) How do I cancel the purchase of an eGift Card?

6) When will I receive / the recipient receive the eGift?
You can choose to receive your eGift immediately or on a date up to two months in the future. You can select this on the checkout screen as you progress with the order.
7) Where can the Theatre & Hotel card be used?
Once you have split your Theatre and Hotel card you will receive two eGifts, one for hotels.com and another for London Theatre Direct. These eGifts can be spent online subject to each retailers T&Cs.
8) Can I print my Theatre & Hotel card?
eGifts are able to be printed if you would like. All eGifts are also available to be used via mobile devices, or website browsers. Please contact our customer service team if you need any help.
9) How long do I have to use my eGift before it expires?
You have two years to use your eGift.
10) What is the minimum and/or maximum value I can switch to for Hotels.com and London Theatre Direct?
You have flexibility when choosing how to spend your eGift. The minimum required for each company is £10 and the maximum is £490.
11) Can I reload my eGift Card after I've spent the full value?
Not at this time.
12) What if I lose my eGift Card?
Your eGift Card has cash value and should be safeguarded as such. If you do lose your eGift then please contact our customer service team to support you.
13) How do I split my Theatre and Hotel Gift Card?
Split your gift card here, you will be able to select the amount you would like to spend in each company.
