How the Combo Card works

The Theatre & Hotel combo card is one gift card, which unlocks two brilliant retailers, Hotels.com and London Theatre Direct. We want you to be confident with your purchase, so we have created a page to explain how the ordering process and how the gift card works. 

1) Order

Start by selecting your gift card design and amount to gift, this can contain a balance between £20-£500.

2) Checkout

Go through the checkout process and choose whether you would like to send the gift card instantly or on a specific date (we will handle this!)

3) Split

When the recipient receives the gift card number, they need to decide how they will split the total value of the gift card between the two retailors. For example, if the value is £100 you could split it £60 for London Theatre Direct and £40 for Hotels.com. This can be done here,

4) Recieved

Once the gift card has been split the recipient will be emailed two gift cards with the requested values, one from Hotels.com and another from London Theatre Direct.

5) Redeem

The gift cards are then available to be redeemed immediately through either London Theatre Direct or Hotels.com website. They will last 24 months from when they were initially activated. Happy shopping!
